Responsibilities
- Spearhead full-cycle recruitment for software engineering, DevOps, and data science roles
- Leverage Boolean sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify passive candidates
- Develop deep technical understanding of cloud infrastructure and AI/ML frameworks
- Manage stakeholder relationships with hiring managers across 15+ client companies
- Optimize ATS workflows and implement data-driven recruitment strategies
- Mentor junior recruiters on technical assessment methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruitment experience in Chicago's tech ecosystem
- Proven track record placing engineers in AWS/GCP environments
- Certified Technical Recruiter (CTR) or equivalent designation
- Expertise with Greenhouse, Lever, or modern ATS platforms
- Strong network of software engineers across Illinois
- Ability to conduct technical phone screens with backend/frontend candidates
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
