The Role
As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will manage the full lifecycle of recruitment—from defining job requirements to closing offers. You will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, ensuring we attract the best talent in the Northeast Ohio market.
Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and networking events.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a strong cultural and technical fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive talent for current and future openings.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Negotiate salary offers and close candidates to secure employment offers.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including onboarding and candidate relationship management.
- Track key recruitment metrics and provide weekly reports on pipeline health and activity.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or human resources.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill technical roles (Software Engineering, IT, Data, etc.).
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or iCIMS.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
