Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies for diverse industry clients across Sacramento
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of qualified candidates through sourcing, networking, and digital channels
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments to ensure cultural fit and technical alignment
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including offer negotiations, onboarding coordination, and client satisfaction tracking
- Forge and nurture strategic partnerships with hiring managers to understand evolving talent needs
- Leverage CRM systems to track recruitment metrics and optimize performance
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to team training initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment KPIs and revenue targets
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and industry networks
- Strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport across all organizational levels
- Knowledge of Sacramento's job market and key industry sectors
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
