Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in permanent full-time positions across diverse industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates through proactive communication
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skill assessments to ensure optimal job-candidate alignment
- Develop creative sourcing strategies leveraging job boards, social media, and networking events
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding support
- Collaborate with sales team to understand client needs and deliver customized staffing solutions
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and recruitment metrics for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in full-time roles
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Strong understanding of Tucson's job market and local industry needs
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
