Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical positions including Software Engineering, IT Support, and Data Analysis.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking) to identify passive candidates.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and in-person interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand evolving business needs.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) efficiently to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical staffing or corporate recruiting.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill technical roles within the San Antonio market.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
