Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier tech talent across NYC's competitive landscape
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for AI/ML, Cloud Engineering, and Cybersecurity roles
- Build and nurture relationships with 50+ enterprise clients in Manhattan and Brooklyn
- Leverage our proprietary ATS to optimize candidate matching and placement speed
- Mentor junior recruiters while maintaining personal KPIs (15+ placements/month)
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using Boolean strings and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with 3+ years in NYC market
- Proven track record placing candidates at FAANG-scale companies
- Expertise in AI/ML, AWS/Azure, and cybersecurity talent pools
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Unmatched negotiation skills and client management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Technical literacy to evaluate candidates' technical competencies
