Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, including Software Engineering, Data Science, and IT Infrastructure.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and professional networking.
- Manage the end-to-end candidate journey, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their technical requirements.
- Conduct thorough technical and cultural interviews to ensure candidate fit.
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire) and provide weekly reporting to leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in software development and engineering roles.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Strong understanding of the Sacramento and Northern California job market.
- Self-motivated with a high level of accountability and results orientation.
