Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates across GitHub, LinkedIn, and niche developer communities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 technical roles simultaneously
- Conduct technical interviews and collaborate with hiring managers on evaluation criteria
- Develop data-driven sourcing strategies using Lever and Greenhouse ATS
- Build and maintain a pipeline of 200+ qualified engineering candidates
- Represent the agency at local tech meetups and university career fairs
- Optimize recruitment processes to achieve 95% offer acceptance rate
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with SaaS/enterprise clients
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment for software engineers and data scientists
- Proficiency with Boolean search strings and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Proven track record of closing 50+ placements annually
- Deep knowledge of Austin's tech ecosystem and talent landscape
- Certified Technical Recruiter (CTR) or equivalent credential preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
