Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place top-tier candidates across diverse industries
- Manage full-cycle recruitment pipeline from requisition to onboarding
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key corporate clients
- Leverage cutting-edge sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches)
- Conduct in-depth behavioral interviews and skills assessments
- Analyze market trends to inform compensation strategies
- Maintain accurate candidate and client data in ATS systems
- Mentor junior recruiters on best practices and compliance
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical/staffing recruitment experience
- Proven success in high-volume placements across multiple sectors
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and ATS platforms (Workday, Greenhouse)
- Strong network of candidates and industry professionals in Louisiana
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Valid Louisiana driver's license for client meetings
