Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier software engineers, DevOps specialists, and data scientists using Boolean strings and Boolean operators
- Conduct technical phone screens with coding challenges and system design discussions
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 concurrent technical roles across fintech, SaaS, and AI sectors
- Develop strategic talent pipelines for hard-to-fill positions using GitHub and Stack Overflow outreach
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and optimize job descriptions
- Analyze market trends and compensation data to advise clients on competitive offers
- Maintain ATS metrics with 95%+ candidate satisfaction scores and 30-day fill rates
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruitment experience with 3+ years in NYC market
- Proven expertise in recruiting for Python, Java, Kubernetes, and AWS/Azure roles
- Advanced knowledge of Boolean search strings and Boolean operators for technical sourcing
- Technical interview experience covering system design, algorithms, and coding challenges
- Certification in Boolean search or technical recruitment (e.g., CTS, CTS-D)
- Portfolio demonstrating 20+ successful placements in NYC tech sector
- Expertise in Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby ATS platforms
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
