- Execute full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior tech roles across FinTech, AI, and SaaS sectors
- Leverage Boolean sourcing and market mapping to identify passive candidates
- Develop strategic partnerships with hiring managers to define talent blueprints
- Optimize ATS workflows while maintaining 95% candidate satisfaction metrics
- Lead employer branding initiatives across LinkedIn and niche tech communities
- Analyze market compensation trends to build competitive offers
- Mentor junior recruiters on advanced sourcing methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with 3+ years in NYC market
- Proven expertise in sourcing for Python, Java, Cloud, and DevOps roles
- Deep knowledge of NYC tech ecosystem and competitor landscapes
- Advanced ATS proficiency (Greenhouse or Lever preferred)
- Strong data literacy with ability to report on recruitment KPIs
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across C-suite to individual contributors
- SHRM-SPC or CTS certification preferred
