Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier software engineers through advanced Boolean searches and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Conduct technical interviews and skills assessments for backend/frontend/DevOps roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15+ concurrent tech positions
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for emerging tech sectors
- Collaborate with CTOs to define hiring strategies and compensation benchmarks
- Implement data-driven recruitment metrics to optimize hiring success rates
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with SaaS/enterprise clients
- Expert knowledge of ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Deep understanding of tech stacks (JavaScript, Python, AWS, etc.)
- Proven track record of closing 20+ placements quarterly
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Strong negotiation skills for executive-level offers
- Portfolio showcasing successful tech hiring campaigns
