Responsibilities

- Develop and nurture relationships with hiring managers at leading LA-based tech companies
- Design and execute innovative talent attraction campaigns through employer branding initiatives
- Conduct behavioral interviews and technical assessments using modern evaluation frameworks
- Optimize recruitment funnel analytics to improve time-to-hire and candidate quality metrics
- Mentor junior recruiters while implementing continuous process improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience with a focus on software development roles
- Proven track record of closing 20+ high-caliber candidates monthly
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and Boolean search techniques
- Deep understanding of LA's tech ecosystem and startup culture
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts clearly
- Certified in Recruitment (CERS) or equivalent technical recruitment credential
- Portfolio demonstrating successful placements in AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, or cybersecurity roles
