Responsibilities
- Manage Candidate Pipeline: Source, screen, and interview potential candidates to build a robust talent pool for our open positions.
- Schedule Interviews: Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties.
- Client Communication: Maintain regular contact with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide updates on candidate progress.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and prepare necessary documentation.
- Onboarding Assistance: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have the tools and information needed to succeed.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or customer service is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse personalities.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with HR software or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a part-time schedule that may include occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
