What You'll Do:
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for a variety of positions across different industries.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent through networking, social media, and job boards.
- Manage candidate data accurately and efficiently in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate effectively with clients and applicants.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both hiring managers and applicants.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business preferred.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Workable).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in sales and recruitment.
