Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and in-person interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to build and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
- Market open positions to a network of passive and active candidates.
- Coordinate the full placement process, including onboarding and contract negotiations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both hiring managers and applicants.
- Meet weekly targets for candidate placement and client acquisition.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales (1+ years preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
