We're seeking a results-driven recruiter with 3+ years of technical recruiting experience to lead our growing talent pipeline. You'll leverage cutting-edge sourcing tools and our extensive network to place senior developers, data scientists, and DevOps engineers with Fortune 500 startups and established enterprises.
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including sourcing, screening, and interviewing
- Develop and maintain relationships with top-tier tech candidates and hiring managers
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and niche platforms for passive candidate outreach
- Manage applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) and optimize recruitment workflows
- Analyze market trends to provide competitive compensation insights and salary guidance
- Collaborate with marketing team to create employer branding campaigns
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in a staffing agency or corporate setting
- Proven track record placing software engineers, data scientists, or DevOps professionals
- Expert knowledge of recruitment technologies (ATS, CRM, sourcing tools)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Strong understanding of modern tech stacks (Python, React, AWS, Kubernetes)
- Ability to manage multiple high-volume requisitions simultaneously
