Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified technical candidates across multiple channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, niche job boards)
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for permanent and contract roles in software development, data science, and cybersecurity
- Develop deep client relationships through consultative partnership and market intelligence
- Conduct technical interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate competency
- Leverage ATS (Greenhouse) to maintain accurate candidate pipelines and reporting
- Implement diversity recruitment strategies to build inclusive talent pipelines
- Mentor junior recruiters on best practices in technical sourcing
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with proven track record in IT/tech staffing
- Expert knowledge of technical roles (software engineers, DevOps, data engineers)
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar)
- Strong understanding of technical skills assessment methodologies
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
- Relevant certifications (CPC, CSPS) preferred
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
