Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier tech talent across Cleveland's innovation corridor
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for software engineering, data science, and cybersecurity roles
- Develop deep partnerships with tech companies in downtown Cleveland and surrounding areas
- Execute innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and niche platforms
- Lead client consultations to define hiring needs and position requirements
- Maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates through targeted outreach
- Collaborate with marketing to create employer branding campaigns
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience in Cleveland market
- Expertise in sourcing specialized IT roles (cloud, AI, DevOps)
- Proven track record of closing 15+ placements monthly
- Strong knowledge of Cleveland tech ecosystem and hiring trends
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
