Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and recruit technical talent (Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps) for our client portfolio.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and social media.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure consistent delivery.
- Cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and culture fit.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and compensation benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
