Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines using Boolean search and ATS tools
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements and create compelling job descriptions
- Conduct technical interviews and assessments for engineering and IT positions
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies and reduce time-to-fill
- Build relationships with passive candidates through targeted outreach campaigns
- Maintain compliance with EEOC regulations and industry best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruitment experience in IT/software industries
- Proven track record of placing candidates in roles requiring specialized technical skills
- Expert knowledge of recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, etc.)
- Strong understanding of Albuquerque's tech ecosystem and talent market
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-SCP preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Experience with diversity recruitment initiatives and inclusive hiring practices
