Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for open positions in IT, Engineering, and Healthcare.
- Sourcing passive candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and networking events.
- Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers with detailed feedback.
- Negotiate offers and manage the candidate onboarding process to ensure retention.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates in the Indianapolis market.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage pipeline and reporting.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing.
- Proven ability to source and place candidates in specialized technical fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a high-volume environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred.
