As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Apex, you will be the bridge between exceptional talent and innovative organizations. You will manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from market analysis to closing high-value placements. Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end technical recruitment strategies, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top-tier candidates for IT and Engineering roles.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, tech communities) to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct comprehensive technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate fit for specific roles and client cultures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand evolving business needs.
- Manage a high volume of requisitions while ensuring a positive candidate experience and rapid time-to-fill.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, including pipeline health, conversion rates, and placement success.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling job descriptions and employer branding content.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter or Staffing Consultant in the IT/Software industry.
- Proven track record of placing candidates in technical roles such as Software Engineers, DevOps, Data Scientists, and System Architects.
- Strong understanding of the Southern California tech landscape and recruitment market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of an organization.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn.
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of open positions simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
