Responsibilities
- Source and screen high-quality candidates for technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, DevOps) using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networking.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from conducting initial phone screens to coordinating onsite interviews and managing offer negotiations.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates to ensure consistent placement velocity.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their unique technical requirements and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on client needs and close business deals.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and salary benchmarks.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and transparent communication throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing agency sales.
- Proven track record of placing candidates in software development, engineering, or IT roles.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a high sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
