Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including Software Engineering, IT, and Data Science.
- Source and identify passive candidates using advanced search strategies, LinkedIn Recruiter, and networking.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates against technical and cultural fit criteria.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure rapid delivery for clients.
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers to understand client requirements and deliver exceptional service.
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Provide market insights and salary benchmarking to candidates and clients.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing agency environments.
- Proven track record of filling high-volume and hard-to-fill technical positions.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Taleo).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client site visits.
