Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and interview technical candidates (Software Engineers, DevOps, QA) using various channels including LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and networking.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from building talent pipelines and conducting initial screenings to coordinating technical interviews and extending offers.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies tailored to specific roles.
