Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview technical candidates (Software Engineers, DevOps, QA) using various channels including LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and networking.
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from building talent pipelines and conducting initial screenings to coordinating technical interviews and extending offers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies tailored to specific roles.
- Negotiate offers, manage candidate expectations, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM tools.
- Build and maintain a network of passive candidates to ensure a steady flow of qualified talent.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and new recruitment technologies.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment or staffing agency environment.
- Proven track record of filling roles in IT, Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or iCIMS.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
