Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment processes for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent through various channels, including networking, social media, and direct outreach.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective search strategies.
- Manage candidate relationships from the initial application through onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on salary trends and industry developments in Colorado Springs and beyond.
- Negotiate offers and contracts to ensure successful placements and high retention rates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding placement quotas.
- Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
