Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior level technical roles, managing the entire pipeline from sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and Boolean search strategies to identify passive candidates on LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and specialized tech forums.
- Conduct in-depth candidate screenings and technical interviews to assess skills, culture fit, and career aspirations.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their evolving staffing needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue targets and close high-value placements.
- Stay abreast of market trends and salary benchmarks to provide accurate compensation guidance to candidates.
- Manage candidate pipelines effectively within the ATS to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing agency operations.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in roles such as Full Stack Developers, DevOps Engineers, and Systems Architects.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS, Salesforce).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage both technical talent and C-level executives.
- Self-motivated and highly driven, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue quotas.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in data management and reporting.
