Responsibilities
- Execute the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and administrative roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, Boolean searches, networking) to build a robust pipeline of qualified talent in the Memphis market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific technical requirements and company culture.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure cultural and technical fit.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) efficiently to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing.
- Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill technical positions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local client visits.
