Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior level technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, IT Infrastructure).
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including Boolean search, social recruiting, and networking to identify passive candidates.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the candidate pipeline and provide timely feedback to hiring managers to ensure a seamless hiring process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local Chicago tech talent networks and hiring partners.
- Negotiate offers and close candidates to secure top-tier talent for our client roster.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within a staffing agency or high-volume environment.
- Proven track record of successfully filling roles in Engineering, Development, or IT.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Taleo.
- Strong understanding of the Chicago tech market and local hiring trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
