Responsibilities
- Spearhead full-cycle recruitment for AI, cloud, and cybersecurity roles
- Build and nurture relationships with 15+ tech startups and enterprise clients
- Leverage Boolean sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify passive candidates
- Manage candidate pipelines using Greenhouse and Lever ATS
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and compensation packages
- Mentor junior recruiters on market trends and negotiation techniques
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience in SaaS or fintech
- Proven track record placing engineers at scale (50+ placements/year)
- Expert knowledge of Python, AWS, and Kubernetes ecosystems
- ATS certification (Greenhouse/Lever preferred)
- Strong data literacy with recruitment metrics reporting
- Valid NC driver's license for client site visits
