Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates across GitHub, LinkedIn, and specialized tech forums
- Conduct technical screening interviews for mid-to-senior level engineering roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for enterprise clients in finance and government sectors
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines using Boolean search strategies
- Leverage ATS tools (Greenhouse, Lever) to optimize recruitment workflows
- Present compelling candidate profiles with detailed technical assessments
- Collaborate with account managers to exceed client KPIs
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with SaaS/GovTech clients
- Expertise in sourcing cloud/AI talent (AWS, Azure, TensorFlow, etc.)
- Proven track record of closing 15+ placements quarterly
- Technical fluency to evaluate candidates across JavaScript, Python, and Kubernetes
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven approach with experience using recruitment analytics tools
