Role Overview:
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be the face of Horizon Talent Group, responsible for identifying, engaging, and placing top talent in permanent and contract roles.
Responsibilities
- Execute the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing offers.
- Identify and engage passive candidates through networking, social media, and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with hiring managers and clients.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Boolean search strategies to fill open requisitions.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and salary benchmarks.
- Provide exceptional candidate experience, ensuring candidates feel valued and informed throughout the process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Staffing, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding placement targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
