Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles (IT, Engineering, Finance) within the Detroit metropolitan area.
- Utilize Boolean search techniques and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) to source high-quality candidates.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates against specific client requirements and technical skill sets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand evolving talent needs.
- Negotiate offers and manage the candidate onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and pipeline health.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in staffing agency or corporate recruiting.
- Proven track record of placing technical candidates in specialized roles.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Taleo.
- Strong knowledge of the Detroit, MI job market and local industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment with occasional in-office collaboration.
