Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment cycles for full-time positions within the staffing industry.
- Source and screen high-quality candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, and Boolean search strategies.
- Conduct in-depth phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand business needs.
- Market Horizon Talent Group to prospective clients and expand our agency footprint in the LA area.
- Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track pipeline metrics and maintain candidate databases.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within a staffing agency.
- Proven track record of successfully placing full-time candidates in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
