Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment processes for a diverse portfolio of industries, including Finance, Tech, and Healthcare.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Boolean search, networking) to identify passive candidates.
- Conduct in-depth phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate fit and cultural alignment.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers to understand their strategic workforce needs.
- Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process to ensure seamless transitions.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting to optimize sourcing strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding monthly and annual sales targets.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or iCIMS.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
