We are looking for a self-starter who can manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to placement.
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment strategies to identify, source, and place top talent across various industries.
- Manage and nurture relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and skill assessments to match the right talent with the right role.
- Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline using various sourcing channels, including social media and professional networks.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and define role requirements.
- Provide market insights and salary benchmarking to clients to ensure competitive placement.
- Administer onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Proven track record of successfully filling positions and meeting placement metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
