Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across multiple industries
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 concurrent roles
- Develop strategic partnerships with Boston-area hiring managers
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Boolean, and ATS systems
- Conduct candidate interviews and assess cultural fit
- Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer logistics
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring pipelines
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record placing technical, financial, or healthcare roles
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever)
- Strong Boston-area professional network
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
