Responsibilities
- Strategic Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and social media platforms to identify and engage passive candidates across the Philadelphia metropolitan area.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients, deeply understanding their specific staffing needs and company culture.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Placement Execution: Manage the full lifecycle of the placement process, from offer negotiation to onboarding support.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of local market trends and salary benchmarks to ensure competitive compensation packages for candidates.
- Performance Reporting: Maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide weekly performance reports to leadership.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or account management with a proven sales track record.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, consultative demeanor.
- Sales Aptitude: Strong ability to close placements and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Tools: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or similar HR software.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
- Local Knowledge: Strong network and understanding of the Philadelphia employment landscape.
