Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent for client accounts, ensuring diverse and high-quality candidate pools.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical and cultural requirements for open positions.
- Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and salary benchmarks.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and growth strategies.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and manage data accuracy.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of successfully filling high-volume and technical roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on relationship building.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Taleo).
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close candidates effectively.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
