Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified technical candidates across Portland's tech ecosystem
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps roles
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with Portland-based tech companies
- Conduct technical interviews and assessments to ensure candidate-role alignment
- Utilize ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) to track candidates and hiring metrics
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill technical positions
- Collaborate with account managers to understand client hiring needs
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with Portland tech companies
- Proven track record of closing 15+ technical placements monthly
- Deep understanding of Portland's tech landscape and talent pools
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn, GitHub, and tech meetups
- Strong technical aptitude to evaluate developer and engineering skills
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn) with data-driven approach
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport at all levels
