Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates for diverse technical and professional roles
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines using advanced recruitment technologies
- Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and craft tailored recruitment strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination
- Analyze market trends and compensation data to optimize recruitment approaches
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics in ATS systems
- Mentor junior recruiters to enhance team performance and service quality
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in staffing agency environment
- Proven track record placing candidates in Georgia's tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Expertise in Boolean search techniques and major job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with both candidates and clients
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or similar)
- SHRM-SCP or CIPD certification preferred
