Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier candidates across diverse industries using cutting-edge recruitment technologies
- Develop and maintain robust client partnerships through consultative account management
- Execute full-cycle recruitment from requisition to onboarding while maintaining 95% placement satisfaction
- Analyze market trends to inform compensation strategies and talent pipeline development
- Mentor junior recruiters and optimize recruitment workflows using ATS and CRM systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years in agency/staffing recruitment with proven track record in high-volume placements
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment, candidate assessment, and contract negotiation
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Exceptional communication with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
