Responsibilities
- Recruit, screen, and place qualified candidates in contract-to-hire and direct hire roles across IT, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand hiring needs and staffing requirements
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and industry networking events
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Track key performance metrics including placement rates, client satisfaction, and revenue generation
- Collaborate with internal team to optimize recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience
- Represent Premier Talent Partners at industry events and job fairs to expand brand presence
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or recruitment experience with proven track record of placements
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport at all levels
- Strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse) and social recruiting
- Deep understanding of Detroit's job market and industry-specific talent pools
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) designation a plus
