Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including tech, healthcare, and finance
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure mutual satisfaction
- Utilize ATS systems and social media platforms to identify passive and active talent
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match candidates with client requirements
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding support
- Collaborate with sales team to identify new business opportunities and client needs
- Analyze market trends and provide competitive intelligence to clients and candidates
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding placement KPIs
- Strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with executive presence
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification a plus
