Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates across diverse industries using advanced Boolean strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including interviews, negotiations, and onboarding coordination
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 clients in Manhattan
- Optimize ATS workflows to achieve 95% placement rate targets
- Develop innovative sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and niche job boards
- Analyze market trends to inform competitive compensation packages
- Mentor junior recruiters while maintaining personal billings of $500K+
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical/staffing recruitment experience in NYC market
- Proven track record placing 50+ candidates annually in high-demand roles
- Expertise in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and CRM platforms
- Deep network of connections within NYC's tech and finance communities
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
