Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment for 15+ concurrent client assignments across diverse industries
- Build and maintain deep candidate pipelines using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche job boards
- Conduct technical screening and behavioral interviews for senior-level roles (Director to VP)
- Negotiate complex compensation packages and manage offer-to-hire processes
- Analyze market trends to provide strategic talent solutions to C-suite clients
- Mentor junior recruiters while maintaining 95% client satisfaction score
Qualifications
- 5+ years in high-volume/staffing recruitment with proven track record of 50+ placements/year
- Expertise in Chicago's tech/finance talent market with established industry connections
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn) and data-driven recruitment metrics
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Exceptional stakeholder management with Fortune 500 client experience
- Ability to close urgent roles within 5-10 business days
