Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles using advanced recruitment techniques
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match candidates with client requirements
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding support
- Leverage CRM tools to track candidate pipelines and optimize recruitment workflows
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates in competitive markets
- Collaborate with marketing team to enhance employer branding campaigns
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical/staffing recruitment experience with proven track record
- Expertise in candidate sourcing, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
- Strong understanding of Tampa Bay's talent landscape and industry sectors
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment metrics
- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment cycles under tight deadlines
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
