Responsibilities
- Source and engage high-caliber candidates across IT, engineering, and healthcare industries
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for Fortune 500 and emerging tech clients
- Develop strategic partnerships with hiring managers to understand talent needs
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms
- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to ensure cultural fit
- Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate smooth onboarding
- Analyze market trends to provide actionable hiring recommendations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical/staffing recruitment experience in Detroit metro area
- Proven track record of closing 20+ placements monthly
- Expertise in candidate sourcing through Boolean search and social recruiting
- Strong understanding of Michigan's talent landscape and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
