Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates in full-time positions
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines for high-demand industries including technology, healthcare, and finance
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs and business objectives
- Utilize ATS platforms and data analytics to optimize recruitment strategies and KPIs
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and compensation benchmarks
- Mentor junior recruiters while maintaining personal placement quotas
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop employer branding campaigns
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience with staffing agencies
- Proven track record of placing candidates in Phoenix's competitive job market
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean search, and industry networks
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage client-candidate relationships
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- SHRM-SCP or CERM certification preferred
- Valid Arizona driver's license for client meetings
